Create a station

Your factory may have many machines under production lines. In OEEtools these are called stations.

Create your first station​

Creating station is very simple

  • go to list of locations and click on edit icon near production line where you want to add station
  • under stations section click add
  • fill missing fields and click update

What is location representative?​

Location representative means that this station will represent final output of production line.

Usually this is the last station, that outputs final product.

For OEE Tools calculator production line OEE will take only representative station quality as this indicates how many final products were produced.

What is MQTT channel namespace?​

This field is MQTT channel namespace consisting of 4 parts that this station will use. Messages comming on this namespace will be assigned to this station.
